BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS / DISCLAMIER
- Price are subject to change wiithout prior notice.
- Persons below 21 yrs and people with disability are not eligible for this package.
- On all public holidays and dry days most pubs, bars and night clubs are closed.
- Vehicle provided in the package will run on specific routes only. Guests will be fetched from their designated address, transported to all destinations included in the package and dropped back to the designated address. Diversion from set route is not permitted.
- know that by using our sites you are consenting to the collection of certain data.
- FTPL is in no way responsible financially or otherwise for the quality of services, food, beverages, etc. provided by any vendor.
- In all venues of ‘Mumbai by Night’ starters are offered there is no sea food available.
- Loss of personal belongings, theft, illness, physical injury if incurred by any guest whilst usage of ‘Mumbai by Night’ package will not be the responsibility of FTPL either financially or otherwise.

- Whilst, any guest is utilizing the ‘Mumbai by Night’ Package, should any legal litigation occur of the police or law will be the sole responsibility of the guest.
- Last moment booking is subject to availability
- Bookings close six hours prior to commencement of journey
- Tickets once sold will not be cancelled or refunded
- This package is not valid for persons under the age of 21. Proof of identity may be requested by any venue during the usage of this package.
- This package is not refundable in part or full once purchased. This entry coupon is valid only on the date the package has been booked for. The cut-off date of booking this package within India is six hours prior to the actual starting time.
- All items consumed at any of the venues other than specified in the ‘Mumbai by Night’ entry coupon shall be deemed as “NOT INCLUDED” and shall be payable by the customer directly to the venue of consumption.
- A dress code is compulsory for the entry to the night club. Smart casuals or formals are required. Shorts, bermudas, t-shirt, sport shoes, sandals etc. are NOT PERMITTED.
- Kids/ handicapped people not allowed.
- Any breakage or damage to the property at any of the venues concerned shall be the personal liability of the customer.
- Indecent behavior, blasphemy, eve-teasing etc. shall result in punishment as per Indian by-laws. This may also result in discontinuation of services at any time during the utilization of package. Entry may be barred at any of the venues to any guest not adhering to the above terms.
- Dinner timings are from midnight until 02:00 am only.
Note: Tips, consumption of food, beverages or alcoholic / non-alcoholic drinks and all items not mentioned in the above terms and inclusions are payable by the guest directly at the venue of consumption.
Cancellation Policy :
> All reservations cancelled within 48 hrs of commencement will attract a cancellation fee of Rs.1500/- per person.
> All reservations cancelled prior to 48 hrs of commencement will attract a cancellation fee of Rs.1000/- per person.
Refund Policy :
> Refund will be proceed within 15 days of receipt of the Cancellation.
